Sam is a seasoned Training & Talent Professional passionate about coaching, talent development, and emerging technologies. With a proactive and creative approach, strong leadership, and a knack for critical thinking, Sam thrives on new challenges and driving company success. Specializing in talent strategy, training, and facilitation, Sam is dedicated to empowering and developing teams.

Director of Recruitment & Strategy
Alison brings 28 years of experience in staffing to Vision Talent. She spent over a decade working with one of Canada’s leading technology staffing firms and has also held long-tenured positions in retained and RPO environments. Alison has held various leadership roles in staffing and brings a wealth of expertise in all aspects of recruitment. She personally specializes in Executive Search and has in-depth training in behavioural interview techniques. Alison has recruited and led teams who recruit in technology, engineering, human resources, finance/accounting and operations and is highly skilled at finding niche talent in highly competitive markets.
